Sunderland neighborhood is a mix of residential, industrial, and the Riverside Golf and Country Club, which is situated directly in the center of the community. Its shares a border with Portland International Airport and has direct access to I-5, I-205, and Highways 99 and 30.
Sunderland is also home to the Oregon Food Bank. The organization’s mission is to eliminate hunger and its root causes. They work to provide access to nutritious food to all through equitable distribution, community building, and cross-network efforts across Oregon and southwest Washington.
